About me
I am a psychologist (CRP - 06/211960) graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP) and specialized in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Sexual Cognitive Therapy (TCS).
I have training and clinical experience in Contextual-Behavioral Therapies, which are evidence-based approaches that seek to understand human suffering considering the patient’s context.
In psychotherapy we will seek to accommodate difficult thoughts and emotions and set therapeutic goals based on your values, to build a life that makes sense for you!
